The final session of the Lexmark webinar series is all about Process Architecture. About how challenging it could be to establish a well-structured and up-to-date Process Architecture across an enterprise. Lexmark Enterprise Digital Twin Practice Lead, Kevin Playforth, demonstrates how they use ins-pi Designer and UPM-X internally to instantiate a corporate-wide process architecture called Enterprise Digital Twin (EDT). He also covers how to create a process framework that encapsulates high-level value stream definitions down to user-level keystroke actions inside of standard work instructions.
