Session 4:
Process Architecture

Establishing a well-structured and up-to-date Process Architecture across an enterprise is challenging. The overwhelming number of tools available and lack of standards can yield a chaotic environment with less than expected results.

In the final session of the Lexmark webinar series, Lexmark’s Enterprise Digital Twin Practice Lead Kevin Playforth demonstrates how Lexmark is using ins-pi Designer and UPM-X to instantiate a corporate-wide process architecture called Enterprise Digital Twin (EDT).

This session covers how ins-pi solutions are used to create a process framework that encapsulates high-level value stream definitions down to user-level keystroke actions inside of standard work instructions.
